You build the sheet right inside the email you're writing — from the Gmail™ Compose window, not a separate app and not the inbox sidebar.
Hit Compose to start your email, then open Signup Sheets for Gmail™ from the add-on bar at the bottom of the compose window and pick a template — potluck, conferences, volunteer event, and more.
Tweak the slots if you like, then click Insert Signup Sheet. A clean sheet card lands in your draft with a Sign Up button per slot.
Recipients sign up in one click, no account needed. Confirmations, reminders, and waitlist promotions are automatic; your dashboard fills up live.
